By using www.veterandetail.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Veteran Detail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

"Veteran Detail," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Veteran Detail, with locations in American Fork and Hurricane, Utah. "You" means the customer or website visitor.

Our Services

Veteran Detail provides automotive appearance and protection services, including window tint, paint protection film (PPF), windshield protection film, ceramic coating, paint correction, exterior polishing, and interior cleaning. Service descriptions, packages, and prices on our website are for general information and may change without notice.

Results depend on your vehicle's age, condition, paint, and prior care. We will recommend the best option for your vehicle, but we cannot guarantee that every defect, scratch, stain, or imperfection can be fully removed.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and an initial look at your vehicle. Final pricing may change if the vehicle's size, condition, or required work differs from what was described. We will tell you about any price change before starting the additional work.

Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • We may require a deposit to reserve certain services, such as PPF or ceramic coating. Deposits are applied to your final bill.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
  • Turnaround times are estimates. Weather, curing times, and vehicle condition may extend them.

Payment

Payment is due in full when services are completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We may hold your vehicle until payment is received, as permitted by Utah law.

Your Vehicle

  • Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket paint, repainted panels, or known issues before service.
  • We may inspect and photograph your vehicle at drop-off to document its condition.
  • Existing chips, cracks, failing clear coat, or poor-quality repaints may be affected during service. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
  • Vehicles left more than 7 days after we notify you that service is complete may be charged a reasonable storage fee.

Warranties

Many films and coatings we install carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and length are set by the manufacturer and will be provided with your service. Our workmanship is covered for the period stated on your invoice.

Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper washing or care, harsh chemicals, pressure washing too close to film edges, normal wear, or work performed by others. Following the aftercare instructions we provide is required to keep warranty coverage.

Window Tint Laws

You are responsible for choosing a tint level that complies with the laws of Utah and any other state where you drive or register your vehicle. We will share general guidance on legal limits, but we are not responsible for citations, inspection failures, or removal costs resulting from tint you select.

Customer Satisfaction

If you have a concern about our work, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will inspect the vehicle and, where appropriate, correct the issue at no charge. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran Detail's total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle, rental costs, or lost time.

Use of Our Website

  • The content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and videos, belongs to Veteran Detail or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.
  • Our website may link to third-party sites, such as our booking platform, social media, and partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
  • The website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will always be available, current, or error-free.

Communications

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
